Delivery Information

Free next day delivery on UK orders over £70 (exc VAT). A delivery charge of £7.49 applies for all UK orders under £70.

Orders placed by 12pm Monday - Friday will be delivered next working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day. Please note that all orders will be delivered between 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

EU Customers - Please contact the office on 0207 471 3700 for a delivery price. 

Returns  

Should you need to return good for any reason, please complete our returns form and email it to orders@londonbiopackaging.com, we will then arrange a collection on your behalf. Once the goods have been recieved back to our warehouse, we will process a refund or credit note for the total sale value, less the costs of return carriage costs and 15% restocking charge. Please note that returns will be at London Bio Packaging's discretion. Any damaged or faulty goods will of course be collected at our expense and refunded in full.
