LBP Carbon Neutral with Emission Neutral

London Bio Packaging is a carbon neutral organisation having offset its 2009/10 carbon emissions with Emission Neutral www.e-missionneutral.org . Emission Neutral is part of the United Nations Environment Program’s Climate Neutral Network www.climateneutral.unep.org .

After calculating the carbon emissions from LBP’s direct operations and deliveries, Emission Neutral have offset these through investments in various renewable energy projects in the developing world. These include projects include a wind power project in Cape Verde,  a hydro-electricity project in Honduras and a waste to energy project in Mozambique.
