We offer Free Next Day Delivery for existing customers on orders over £120 for orders placed before 12pm.

Delivery Update – Our deliveries are currently being affected by the levels of demand within the distribution network. While the majority of orders are still being delivered Next Day we cannot absolutely guarantee this and some deliveries may take up to 24 – 48 hours to reach you. We are working with our carriers to minimise this and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

New Customers – For your first order please allow 24hrs for your account to be setup and order processed. Orders will be shipped on a next day service once confirmed. For further information please call the office on +44 (0) 20 7471 3700.

A. Ordering, Payment & Online Accounts

1. How can I place an order?

There are 3 easy ways to order products:
– Online (N.B. If you’re an existing customer but haven’t ordered online before, contact us to set up an online account. New customers are able to set an account up online when placing an order.)

2. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit or debit card – we accept Visa, Maestro or Mastercard. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Or, if you’re likely to place further orders in the future, you can benefit from having a credit limit. To set up a credit limit, please call the office on +44 (0) 20 7471 3700.

3. Can I see samples of a product before I purchase?
You are welcome to see samples of any product before you buy, free of charge. To arrange delivery of your samples: fill in our online form, call +44 (0) 20 7471 3700 or email orders@londonbiopackaging.com.

Please provide:
– Item codes or descriptions of products with sizes
– Delivery address
– Date required

4. Do you offer discounts if I order large quantities?
Call the office on +44 (0) 20 7471 3700 to discuss bespoke pricing.

5. Do you offer warehouse storage?
We have a 6 month storage plan for bespoke printed products.

6. My contact details have changed. What should I do?
Please contact the office to confirm your new company details on +44 (0) 20 7471 3700.

7. How can I place a repeat order?
If you order the same items regularly, you can call our office on +44 (0) 20 7471 3700 to set up a reoccurring order, delivered whenever you want.

8. I’ve forgotten my password for my online account – how can I get a reminder?
Simply send an email to orders@londobiopackaging.com and we will sort this out for you.
You can also change your password in ‘My Account’ and click ‘Account Details’ where you’ll be able to edit your name, email, and password details.

B. Delivery Information

1. What are your delivery prices?

England, Wales and Scotland (bar Highlands and Islands) 
For orders over £120 (ex. VAT), delivery is free.
For orders under £120 (ex. VAT), a delivery charge of £25 applies.

N.Ireland, ROI, Scottish Highlands and Islands
– £200 (ex. VAT) minimum order value for delivery
– Carriage will be charged extra at cost or we can deliver to a UK Freight Forwarder of your choice

Outside the named areas above
– £200 (ex. VAT) minimum order value for delivery
– Carriage will be charged extra at cost or we can deliver to a UK Freight Forwarder of your choice

Bulk Delivery Charges
We reserve the right to apply additional charges on orders requiring a palletised delivery.
Please ring us on 020 7471 3700 if you’re unsure about your delivery charges.

2. How long do deliveries take? 

England, Wales and Scotland (bar Highlands and Islands)
– Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be delivered on the next working day.
– Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday will not be processed until the following working day.
– All orders are delivered between 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

N.Ireland, ROI, Scottish Highlands and Islands
– Goods will be delivered within 2-3 days from placing the order.

3. I need a morning/Saturday delivery – do you offer this?
We offer the following timed deliveries at an extra charge:

Delivery Price:
Next Business Day Before 10:30am: £40
Next Business Day Before 12:00pm: £35
Saturday Delivery Before 10:30am: £45

4. Do you offer same-day deliveries?
We currently do not offer this service.

5. Can I collect my order?
You can collect your order from Unit 10 Warehouse, The Arena, Enfield, EN3 7NL and must be collected between 08:30am – 12pm on the specified date of collection. Please ring 020 7471 3700 to place an order for collection.

C. Returns & Refunds

1. Can I return products?

To provide you with complete peace of mind when you order products from London Bio Packaging we offer a 28 day returns policy should you subsequently decide that the products no longer meet your requirements.

If you would like to return items, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer services team on 020 7471 3700 or email to obtain a returns number
2. Complete our returns form
3. Email the returns form to orders@londonbiopackaging.com

The products then need to be returned to us within 28 days of purchase, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and fit for resale. Once their condition has been checked and verified by us we’ll issue you with a refund or credit note for the total sale value, charging a 20% restocking fee. When returns are collected by our vans, no additional P&P will be charged. If you return products via a courier, the additional P&P will be at your cost.

Please note: Very large or bulky items may be subject to an additional re-stocking fee that will be confirmed once the return has been requested. Specialist, Bespoke or Warehouse Clearance lines are specifically excluded and non-returnable. All returns are at the discretion of London Bio Packaging.

Any damaged or faulty goods will be collected at our expense and refunded in full.

D. Bespoke Printing

1. Do you offer bespoke printing? Can I add my company name to personalise my food packaging?
You can customise most products using our personalised printing service if the order is above a set minimum quantity. Read more here.

2. How much does bespoke printing cost?
