Here’s everything you need to know about when you can place an order with us for pre-Christmas delivery, when it’ll be delivered and when you can get in touch with our team.
Please ensure to place your order by midday on the 24th December if you have a scheduled delivery on the 4th January.

Why Can I Only Order Up to the 22nd December?
Some of our orders are delivered by Courier, who will be collecting deliveries from us up to (and including) the 22nd December. They’ll resume collecting again on the 4th of January, ready to deliver to you on the 5th.
Our deliveries are currently being affected by the levels of demand within the distribution network. While the majority of orders are still being delivered Next Day we cannot absolutely guarantee this and some deliveries may take up to 24 – 48 hours to reach you. We are working with our carriers to minimise this and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
New Customers – For your first order please allow 24hrs for your account to be setup and order processed. Orders will be shipped on a next day service once confirmed.
